All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings can be made through our website or by phone. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted based on the size and condition of the property. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange to re-service the unsatisfactory areas at no additional cost.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Total Works Property Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage or damage to items that were not disclosed prior to service. Our technicians are fully insured and bonded.

7. Access to Property

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure our technicians have access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, a fee may be charged.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
